Rebrand / Web Development

The Idea:

The newly acquired company Homefacts was part of a growing partnership between new share holders. Their mission was to build an arsenal of digital platforms aimed at delivering home and local area facts as well as a communication portal for contractors and home owners. They would be adding 20 new data sets to their website showcasing more local community facts and communication board. At the time they were focused on home data only but need their consumers to gain traction and awareness of their new products and shift in information. The website was also out dated and non responsive to various screen sizes so a clean would need to take place to reposition their digital assets.

The Solution:

A new mission was born Homefacts “know your neighborhood”. To give there brand the appearance of more than just one home a symmetrical logo icon was made to suggest neighborhood data. The homepage and sub pages were also redesigned to make an easier user experience while still maintaining there pay per click unit placement. New ew graphs and charts were also developed to clearly display information like mortgage rates local air quality and cost of living. The result was an 10% increase in sign up conversions and 14% user engagement. The new logo also help to differentiate Homefacts from its mother companies other home based products.
