UX UI Design / Data Visuals
Over 143,000 people move to different locations around the United States every year. Looking for detailed location information such as school and local amenities can be difficult and scattered though multiple places in the internet. The Product manager at ATTOM Data saw a need to bring their elaborate localized data to the public. Working as a contracted Creative Director I worked with the team to understand the target audience and business goals. How are we going to present this key information to the public in a digestible way for the end consumer to understand and want to use and share?
43 sections of home and local information displayed in an easy to navigate app like interface. Because there were so many different types of data from property history, crime statistics, natural disaster hazards, local school ratings just as a start. We wanted to consolidate all of the data in to a top line score card for the area or home that make understanding it easy for the not so advanced users. For the end user that could be using the platform as a Realtor or relocation concierge service we build in printable timestamped reports the paid accounts could white label as their own detailed property report.
